i have a few things to post today.... first here is what my living room looked like for a couple weeks. we are in the process of lifting my suv, and putting new rims and tires on it. Well the tires arrived before the others and they kept me company in my living room until we could take them to the Lift Shop. Now my lift is done, but my tires are resting at Desolate (lift shop) until the rims get in. Apparently they are very popular among celebrities and are taking forever to get in. So my car is lifted 6 inches on my old tires and rims. it looks GREAT....(please sense my sarcasm) fingers crossed those rims get in soon.

second, i love a new pair of crocs for miss sophie. and right now she so into pink i HAD to buy her a new pair. she will only take a pink bottle, pink bows, pink clothes etc... you get me. needless to say she was sooo excited to get a new pair of her favorite shoes in her favorite color.

lastly, tonight nico got in trouble for punching, kicking and throwing a open soda bottle at Sydney and drenching her. i sent him to bed without question and argument. he was screaming, thrashing and pleading for me to let him get out and eat. i was determined to stand my ground. and then as i walked down the hall i overheard nico. i looked in and saw him on his knees pleading with Heavenly Father to help him. he was crying, and asking for Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ to help him be nice to his sisters. there was a desperation in his voice as he pleaded and wrestled with this. like at THAT moment H.F. would indeed come in and help him. so innocent and full of faith. it tore my heart out. i knew how sorry he was at that moment and i was so happy to know he knows to turn to his H.F. for help. it was testimony building to me. mr. g and i might be instilling something, along with his teachers and other family members. i rushed in and saved him. i hugged him and told him how proud i was that he went to his H.F. for help. and then i let him get up and have an otter pop. how could i not?

awwww...little nico made me cry!
what a good boy-if only we all could remember to drop to our knees in prayer when we needed help.
What a sweet story Rachel. Thanks for sharing.
I love the Sophie loves pink. I love it too! I bought some pink baking dishes at Target and LOVE them!! Just makes everything taste better when they have been made in pink dishes. I know how she feels.
The tire smell might have put me over the edge!
